New workout
I decided I needed a change in my workout routine so i decided last month I would do the 3 month workout in "Oxygen". last month was a push, pull routine which Ive always loved, I was also working abs every 2 days. This month’s mag Has a new workout I just skimmed over last night and a pretty decent ab article so I will try to combine the two. I’ll let you know how I do.
Ill end this week off with what Im doing for now and switch it up starting monday
