I posted some new pics yesterday. I find it a good way to see where Im at of course. I was happy to see the few changes and disapointed not to see more. Im really excited to start my new work-out next week, though I do think I need this slow week. Im still going to focus on abs of course. It is getting warmer so my morning walks will start again and I will continue my after school skipping rope.
Im still struggling with food though I have decided that Just "watching" my food isn’t working. I alreday have the abition to get clean, my problem is drinks, late night food with friends and appitizers every wednesday with friends.
Right now I will of course continue to get clean, my goal for food however will be with my alcohol. For now I will try NO SUGARS…meaning coolers and pop mixes. and also only drinking if it was planned (no spur of the moment few drinks then home lol). Its foolish to say I wont drink, IM a college student and my friends love to party and i love them lol.

I decided I needed a change in my workout routine so i decided last month I would do the 3 month workout in "Oxygen". last month was a push, pull routine which Ive always loved, I was also working abs every 2 days. This month’s mag Has a new workout I just skimmed over last night and a pretty decent ab article so I will try to combine the two. I’ll let you know how I do.
Ill end this week off with what Im doing for now and switch it up starting monday

It’s hard! But I love it! I know the abs are there, I feel them and I see them just not nearly as much as Id like. Its the food part I cant grasp. Im so easily persuaded to go out for late night muchies. willpower is not my bestfriend at all.
Im lloving the look of the new curves in my arms (ever when relaxed!!), its very rewarding.

Kinda dissapointed in myself. i do it every wednesday, go out for nachos and drinks with some friends, i love it. only this time i swore id get a salad and cranberry juice. Willpower? non! im not too happy.
Heres yesterday’s food log:
1> banana and soy milk
2> orange
3> banana and tomatoe
4> protein shake
5> spinach,sweet potatoe and feta salad
6> nachos

well tonight I had 3 clients, the most so far it was fun but i am a bit sore. i want a massage now lol
food for today
1> breakfast burrito
2>orange and soy milk
3> cold breakfast burrito
4>guacamoli chips and a banana
5> a peice of cheese and spinach
would love to hear some feedback or advice, tryin to crack down on the meals

I’ve taken your great advice to heart and have cracked down on my eating (or am trying to ). So as promised i am starting my daily food log. i hope to get some feedback and advice
1> Oatmeal with honey and green tea
2> snack=orange
3>half pita filled with tuna and feta
4> protein shake
5> homemade beef and broccolli
6> spinach and tomatoe heated in vinegar and a coffee
~ I will end my night with a tall glass of water before bed.
On another note today was a good day, well it ended that way. I have been SUPER stressed lately and decided to take a day off from school. I cleaned like a mad woman and painted my furtinure, topped that off with a good workout, nice bath and catch-up on school work. I am feeling relived and re-charged, ready for another work load tomorrow.

Well the cook book is great..only I’ve realized we don’t have half the ingredients to make the dishes . Going grocery shopping tomorrow and will try to make at least two of the recipies. this means all ingrients will be healthy and added to my cupboard.
This weekend I ate half a bag of chips, pita with melted cheese, and KD. boo to me! I’ve decided for 7 whole days I will post on here all the food i have eaten each day. This I am hoping will help steer me away from thsoe few stupid mistakes I am making. I have done really well outside of saturday though so I am pretty proud of myself.
I also bought a skipping rope today for cardio b/c i fiind its too cold for walks and my stepper is very loud for the neighbours downstairs.
I’d love any advice, espessally with food, its so hard to be good lol. you’ve all been great so far. thanks

so as you might already know im kinda shy about the whole bodybuilding thing at home. Lately though (because of bb.com) Ive been gettin advice for different things, being much more strict, and me and Luke are finally talking about soemthing we both love and agree on haha. It is good to have somebody in the house who understands why we should pick healthier choices and share stories of working out, it has really helped alot with my confidence.
I am also seeing great changes in my body..including my ABS!! yay!! but i wont post a pic untill feb when hopefully there will be a nice diff from my pics at the beginnig of the month.
Thanks so much for all your help you guys! bb.com is a god send
