The abs.
Im asking for any help right now. I have to admit I have been quit the quitter in the past. yo-yo diets and off target work outs have been hell. So right now I know that my abs are what I am striving for and I REAALLY want to acomplish this!
The only problem is I’m not sure the best way to go about it. I’ve always worked out my abs but can’t say it’s been the right way. How much do u work them? I want to work them everyday but Im sure that it cant be right considering you do that with no other muscle, but when i skip aday I feel like I’ve messed up. And food is the biggest problem in this area, does anyone how a semi-easy diet solution that is practical?
Also I’ve heard it is best to work low abs day 1, obliques day 2 and rectus day3….is that at all right or is it best to work them all at once?
Honestly I feel that seeing the results will help me alot with my confidence about my weight trainiing skills, i just want to o this!
thanks for reading, hope I can get some good help

abs really require a split patternation to achieve the best results. they would benefit from the crunche twice a week and the stomach vacuum in conjunction with support exercises. the crunche and the vacuum are the most effective but a lot of women i know work them 2 or 3 times in a training week - that depends on how your training is compounded. on a 3 / 4 training then 2 x per week but on a 5 /6 programme 3 x is best. the site exercise arena contains a host of info. one last thing - don’t quit

I will tell you what every one has told me. Abs ar built in the kitchen and not in the gym. Every one says that the secret is in diet and that this componetnt is about 80% of the formula with the other 20% comming form the gym. You will have to be very dedicated and persistant with a diet to get them to show, but after that if your diet is good they should say with you with little effort. This is since the abdominals do not fade fast at all. Good luck on everything and have a Happy Holiday.
