EXAMS R DONE!
well that’s it for a few more months, what a relief! I have to say besides my amazing marks (wink wink). I am very proud of how I treated my body, Though the food was a bit scarce which was out of my comtrol yet no healthy at all!! I stayed on track with my workouts. I got some great advice and decided to stick to a quick 20 minute full body workout everyday, focusing mainly on my core. looking in the mirror today I am proud. a few months ago I would have used my exams and birthday as an excuse to forget about dieting and exercise and tell myself I’d catch up later. Now I have no catching up, only a great workout which I am pumped for to let my body know it’s back to the hard work.
