That time of the year
Most people consider x-mas the worse time of year for their body. I agree, only not for the usual over-eating lack of exercising reasons.
November 30th was my 19 = CALORIES!!
November 30th - december 14th is Exams = Lack of time and energy for workouts
First year completly on my own over the most expensive time of year means im broke = Poor diet
I’m acctually looking forward to getting closer to x-mas for my body haha. My workouts are down to about 20 minutes and im not even one bit focused and only putting about 50 % into it if im lucky, and cardio, id probably pass out while doing it I’m so tired. Though this is all a dissapointment I’m not that hard on myself because it’s gonna be worth it as long as im not completely usless untill I get back to it.

You can really benefit from a 20 minute workout, if you put everything you got into them. Really push yourself like it means something. If that’s all the time you have make it count.

I’d focus on your core with your stability ball,and put together a good 20 minute workout. Also try some yoga or meditation to reduce the exam stress, and clear and focus your mind. Good luck
