So I’ve been idly sitting by and waiting for my 100th comment to come through for awhile now… But now I have decided to take matters into my own hands. It would be greatly appreciated if someone would kindly assist my comment counter into the triple digits… That is all.

So I just started taking Vyo-tech’s 17HD supplement a couple of days ago. I have been reading through some old threads today, and seeing a lot of posts about people taking hormones and getting gyno… I’m not even sure what gyno is, but from what I was reading it involves your nipples getting puffy and lumps forming in your chest. (Hope I do not sound too uneducated, I just have never taken any hormone supplements like this before.) Can, or will, 17HD cause gyno? Any information is very much appreciated…

Not that kind, sicko… lol. I’m trying to fill in my stats on here, and so I was taking measurements this morning. My arms were 16 1/8", which is bigger than they’ve ever measured before. The thing is that I took the measurements after a pretty hardcore (by my standards) chest workout, and my tris were shredded. So my question is, do you take your measurements while you’re pumped, or do you do it before a workout, like in the morning when your muscles aren’t "swole" from a session… thanks for the help, and happy lifting.

So I’ve been trying to bulk up for the last few weeks…. Eating TONS of food. Literally eating throughout the entire day. Usually with no more than an hour MAX going in between my "meals". I know I have to be taking enough food in, but since I’ve started I’ve only gained maybe 2 or 3 lbs. This doesn’t seem to be very significant, considering how much I have increased my daily intake of food. I am hitting the gym just as hard as ever, with the exception being that I’ve cut out cardio from my schedule completely. Any thoughts or ideas about what I’m doing wrong? Any advice is much appreciated…

In the 4th paragraph of the BodySpace Photo Guidelines lists of rules, it states… "UPDATES: "stripper" photos (i.e., tugging at panties, etc.) are also not allowed, as per a direct request from the CEO. "
My eye was recently caught by an advertisement on this site, for this site… The said advertisement was for BodySpace, and contains a picture of the user who I believe goes by the name of ChickenTuna in a pair of green panties/swimsuit (not sure which) which she is pulling down with both hands. Now, don’t get me wrong, I do very much enjoy looking at pictures of this nature… But just thought I would point the fact the the management/staff/editors or whoever controls these things, seems to be of a very hypocritical nature.
Ok, that’s off my chest now… I feel better

What’s up fellow iron mongers… So, in lieu of a recent slump with my workouts, I have been on a quest to find a new product that will (hopefully) give me the kick in the ass I need to get going again. In my search I came across Vyo-Techs 17-HD. Been doing a little bit of research on it, and readin reviews. But I can’t find anything that looks "honest." By honest I mean every site appears to be trying to sell this product, and all of the reviews are extremely positive towards it. There has to be some people out there who have had some bad experiences with 17-HD (Or is this really the miracle product they claim??) At any rate, I would like to hear some truthful, unbiased opinions on whether or not this is actually a good supplement to be getting into. Let me know about any side effects you’ve had, whether or not it lived up to the claims, what kind of results, etc etc… Whatever you think is imperative information that someone who’s getting ready to take it should know… Thanks in advance for your time, and any help… Happy lifting!

I came to Iraq extremely motivated, driven to acheive my goals and dedicated to do whatever it took to get there… But now, a little less than two months into it, I feel my enthusiasm starting to wane. Getting up early to go to the gym is becoming more and more or a task each day. I have been eating a very clean diet… But now I feel sick at the thought of one more bite of chicken, another spoonful of tuna… Almonds, peanut butter, rice… It all makes me nauseous now. I want to reach my goals, but they just keep looking further and further out of reach. What’s wrong with me? Am I just not cut out for the whole Bodybuilding Scene, or just in some kind of rut? If anyone else has ever experienced anything like this, I would appreciate hearing about what kept you going, where your motivation to drive on came from… thanks

Hoping to meet some interesting people and learn a lot on here… Not new to bodybuilding or lifting weights, but I am far from an expert. If you want to talk or be friends just let me know… I won’t turn anyone down. Not sure how this thing works for sure yet, it doesn’t seem very user friendly, but maybe it’s just my computer skills lacking lol…
