PB and Js save the day!
Thank goodness for PB and Js I really think thats what I needed in the morning. Some good fat, some good carbs, and a little insulin spike to get my protein shake into my system. I had another intense workout today! Last two days Ive been going balls to the wall (can ladies go “balls to the wall”?) Anyway, Today was supposed to be my second leg day. However, I still have some soreness in my hams and didnt want to push them before they were 100%. I ended up doing back and bis. Saw MAJOR vascularity today! I had veins popping in my shoulders, all down my arms, ooooo I was sooo pumped! Literally!!

On the down side, Im a bit bloated today. Im not sure why. Ive been eating clean all week, drinking my water. I was tight yesterday morning. Maybe its the jelly. Its the only “un-clean” thing Ive consumed… eh… we’ll see. Hopefully I cant get the bloat down by Saturday. Me and Ryan got out Boating/PWC licence yesterday! Were gonna be taking our roommates jet ski out SOON! Gotta look good on that thing. Time to rally!!!!

Good job Ready.
The answer to your question is yes. Women can go ‘Balls to the Wall.’
It’s really just a state of mind.

talk about water…i was holding a ton last night. I was so confused i wrote a blog on it. I wouldnt put too much blame on the jelly since im sure its probably some form of cheap ‘ole corn syrup base. It probably had enough dextrose to spike your insulin a tad but it wouldnt do much damage i think. The peanut butter is great throuh…I love getting some big ole jug of generic PB and going to town with my spoon……except when it gets too thick i cant breathe

PB&J, is there any problem it can’t solve?
If you are worried about eating clean, you can use the natural peanut butter, and the make jelly without added sugar too. (I know that Pauloner and Kroger both make some.)
