Today is a good day
So I found a solution to the light headed feeling I was having (at least I think I have)… More carbs. I dont think I was getting enough. My typical breakfast is a few eggs and egg whites on a piece of wheat toast with hot sauce (gotta have hot sauce!). It just wasnt cutting it. This morning I switched it up. I had a PB and J on wheat and a protein shake. I have to say it did the trick. I still felt a little bit light headed at the end but nothing like it was last time I tried to do chest and tris.
On that note. I had a killer 5am workout!
DB Press: 25# 3×10
Flat Bench: 95# 3×6, 5, 4
Incline Benc:h 45# 3×10
Cable Flys (Top Position): 30# 2×10
Cable Flys (Middle position): 30# 2×6
Skull Crushers: 20# 3×10
DB Kick Backs: 10# 3×10
Cable Tri Extensions: 50# x10 40# 2×10
Superset with Push ups: 10, 8, 7
Hanging leg Raises: 5×7
I had a surprisingly good pump! Saw a little more vascularity today. Slowly but surely those veins are poking through! So Excited. Managed to get the bloat from the weekend off too. Abs look right again and scale is back where I like it. Gotta drink that water. Anyone who tries to skip that aspect of body building is cheating themselves.
Well tomorrow is the weeks second leg day. Good thing the doms from Monday are going away. Taking a week off really upset my gluts… well we’ll fix them! They’ll meet their maker tomorrow. 5am sharp!
