- Slow Twitch: 25-50 reps/set
- Fast Twitch-A: 9-12 reps/set
- Fast Twitch-B: 6-8 reps/set
Goals and total rep ranges per exercise:
- Strength: 24-36 reps/exercise
- Growth: 36-50 reps/exercise
