Types of muscle fibers and rep range per set:

  • Slow Twitch: 25-50 reps/set
  • Fast Twitch-A: 9-12 reps/set
  • Fast Twitch-B: 6-8 reps/set

Goals and total rep ranges per exercise:

  • Strength: 24-36 reps/exercise
  • Growth: 36-50 reps/exercise
