consistency
Been getting back to training again after a bit of a short circuit due to work, ha ha ha. I do so much traveling and driving just trying to figure out how to keep the consistency with training because as soon as i get into an awesome rhythm something pops up which i can’t control.
I know it’s part of my work that i’ve chosen but i will remain dedicated and find a way………………… I want to be back to the shape i used to be, for no-one else but myself! (although the comments i used to get didn’t hurt)
