					<description>That's not enough--not even close when you are working out and have the muscle mass that you do. I dont think you would see any positive progress by doing that. Your body will just start eating away at your lean muscle--regardless of how much protein you have.</description>

					<description>Wow! I don't function at 1500 calories!! I've gotta be up around 1700. If I'm at 1500 for a few days, my metabolism starts to slow down SO much that I go through withdrawals  until I break and start eating everything I see!</description>

It is great that you are numbers with your diet but I have a couple of tips,your calorie intake is sufficient and your protein intake is excellent but you need more carbs for energy, at least 1g per pound. All carbs are not bad, just have to eat more complex carbs and cut down on the simple ones. You should at least be taken in 1 gallon of water a day! Put some Crystal Light for some flavor because water can be a little boring sometimes but very important to get all the essential vitamins into appropriate places and push out the waste. Speaking of waste, you dont note your fiber intake? Eat every 2-3 hours, and do cardio about 3-4 times a week if you can!?You got to be able to push that stuff through, lol. I wish you the best, your doing great!!</description>
