413 protein, 1966 calories, 38 carb, 1/2 gallon water
Back at it today. I had a few good cheat meals yesterday, but didn’t go overboard. Today I did chest, triceps, and abs at the gym, followed my 20 minutes of cardio. I also had a workout partner today, which was VERY different. I’m just really used to wroking out on my own and at my own pace. Starting here in week 4, I’m tweaking my diet a bit as well. Refer to my previous blog for that. I think I’ll take progress pics Thursday. Bring on week 4!

416 protein, i can hit around 300 a day and thats hard enough
