Diet changes

I’ve been thinking about this the entire week.  I’m entering week 4 of 12 come tomorrow.  Thus far I’ve been averaging about 2500 calories a day, and my protein intake has been 475g and above for the most part.  I think I’m going to slash 200 calories off each week until I reach about 1500;  that would put me at about week 9.  From then until week 12 I’ll stay at 1500.  I’m going to keep my protein as high as possible with my calorie intake.

Wow! I don’t function at 1500 calories!! I’ve gotta be up around 1700. If I’m at 1500 for a few days, my metabolism starts to slow down SO much that I go through withdrawals until I break and start eating everything I see!

That’s not enough–not even close when you are working out and have the muscle mass that you do. I dont think you would see any positive progress by doing that. Your body will just start eating away at your lean muscle–regardless of how much protein you have.
