It’s becoming addictive!!!!
Wednesday, April 8th, 2009I can’t believe it, I’m REALLY enjoying running! I’m trying to vary my cardio, but I feel myself wanting to run more and more everyday. Now I’m no runner by any means, but it’s somehting about it that I’m liking. Today I ran at intervals of 5.5 and 6.5, with a few 1 minute walks spread throughout. I did this for an hour, and ended up with a little over 5 miles. Again, I’m no runner, but when first decided to start running, I really couldn’t do it, and had to work my way up from briskly walking to where I am now. Also, I think running is what my body really needs for dropping bodyfat. I think I’m noticing a difference. I’ve been at it for about a month now, so we’ll see where I am at the end of April.
