Thursday, September 11th, 2008I’m feeling good! I’ve gotten in some really good workouts this week. I’m still feeling the effect of them today. I have back today. I like doing back because I feel that I can get the best mind-muscle connection when I do it. Also, I’ve gotten in 45 minutes a cardio each day thus far. I’m going to try for 45 more today, and then do some other type of cardio this weekend, like basketball or something. The diet continues to be a challenge. Again, I’m not necessarily eating bad, I’m just not comfortable with my diet I guess, and I don’t know why.
