Tuesday, July 29th, 2008This week I’ve changed up my routine…hopefully this will spark new growth. I think it’s great to keep your body guessing, and not get too consistent. Still trying to cut weight. Oh, the stairmaster is NOT my friend, but he got me to where I am today, so I can’t hate him too much. I’m very proud of myself because I’ve been able to get 6-8 small meals in a day for the past week. That’s something I’ve never accomplished. I’m definitely an "eat 2 maybe 3 times a day" person. I know this must change in order to keep my metabolism up. I’m working really hard, with a lot of intensity, so hopefully I will start seeing the benefits of my labor in some form or another not too long from now!
