This week I’ve changed up my routine…hopefully this will spark new growth.  I think it’s great to keep your body guessing, and not get too consistent.  Still trying to cut weight.  Oh, the stairmaster is NOT my friend, but he got me to where I am today, so I can’t hate him too much.  I’m very proud of myself because I’ve been able to get 6-8 small meals in a day for the past week.  That’s something I’ve never accomplished.  I’m definitely an "eat 2 maybe 3 times a day" person.  I know this must change in order to keep my metabolism up.  I’m working really hard, with a lot of intensity, so hopefully I will start seeing the benefits of my labor in some form or another not too long from now!

Today was leg day.  Fun times.  I absolutly HATE doing legs, but I always feel I work them the best.  Why?  I’m not sure.  This was also the first week of my cutting process.  I give myself a 7 out of 10.  I always feel my training is fairly intense, but it’s the damn diet that I can’t get under control.  It’s very hard trying to eat clean with my hectic schedule, but I know I can no longer use this excuse if I want the results I desire.  I also got a bit of motivation this weekend to prove a few more people wrong,  I’m sure this will only enhance my performace.  No excuses, just results right?

I started cutting weight again the beginning of this week…..not fun at all.  The addition of the cardio is a challenge, but I know it will all be worth it in two months.  I’d like to cut 30-35 lbs from my frame.  I think this is a very attainable goal.  I also feel like I will see the results much quicker then when I cut the first time as well, so I’m very excited.  Wish me luck!  P.S. I plan on posting some progress pics this weekend.

So I went to the gym today knowing that I needed to shake thigns up a bit.  It was chest day, so I tried something kinda crazy.  I put 225 on flat bech and incline bench.  I supersetted the two with only about a minute and half of rest between each set.  I repped out on each until I reached 100 reps on each.  I then did a giant set up flat bench flys, cable crossovers, and machine press in the same manner.  I finished with some skullcrushers.  Needless to say, my chest and triceps were on fire after I was done!  It was great, and I think I’ll try it with another bodypart sometime!
