Weight Loss Challenge…….
So once again (probably the millionth time now) I am going on a diet. NO, NO, NO!!! Not a diet, a lifestyle change! I have just wagered $200 with my good buddy to see who could lose the biggest percentage of bodweight in 12 weeks (a-la "The Biggest Loser"). Our official weigh in was yesterday afternoon and the actual contest starts today. My friend: 5′10" and 242 lbs. Me: 6′2" and 282 lbs. My goal in the 12 weeks is to lose between 30 and 40 lbs. Doable…..right? I do not want to be too unrealistic as I think that has been my downfall in the past. Plus it was 96 degrees here in Phoenix today. It would be nice to be able to take my shirt off with out having to look around and see who might see me. Especially since it will be like this through October! I took pictures today, or my token "Before" Pics. I will post them soon. And take them every 2 weeks through out the 12 week competition. Anyone that has any tips, tricks, or just plain encouragement that may help actually stick to it for more than a week and change my body please send it my way…..I am gonna need it. Thanks!

Hey man all the best to you, hope you and your buddy both have good results. It’s not the winner that matters, you both are doing a good job. don’t spend the $200 on beer, heh
