My current (cutting) diet:
7am: ON Gold Standard 100% Whey (in water)
10am: ON Gold Standard 100% Whey (in water)
1pm: Medium Caesar Salad w/ 8oz. chicken breast
4pm: Medium Caesar Salad w/ 8oz. chicken breast
7:30pm: 6 Egg Whites; 1 Egg Yolk; 2x Rye Toast; 1.5 cup Raisin Bran; 1 ON Protein Shake
10pm: 50 pistachios
*At least 1 gallon of water everyday.*

Monday - Biceps, Forearms
Tuesday - Triceps, HIIT Spin Class
Wednesday - Chest, Traps, Delts
Thursday - Abs, HIIT Spin Class
Friday - Off
Saturday - Back; HIIT Spin Class
Sunday - Legs; HIIT Spin Class

Whew and I thought my diet was rough! This is the one my trainer put me on for 4 weeks when we got started! Never thought I would say this, but I actually look forward to oatmeal after being on a diet like this . Stay tough!

Hey, I’m followin somethin pretty similar to this right now to cut up as well … even the workout is same except tht mine goes on a cycle, 5 days ON / 1 day OFF n so on… ur already pretty ripped, how long r u plannin to follow this program?

Christ thats a tough diet! whats that like 1300 calories! theres no way I could do that
