Training Update-Nov 21

I am happy to say I have increased the frequency of going to the gym which is 20 minutes away -based on public transportation. I was sore yesterday from head to toe -it started off as a back workout and ended with freestyle dips -I know I need to document what exercises I do and be consistent so that I see the results visually as well as on paper -I am going probably tomorrow to do legs UGH Hate it
I think my drive is returning and I am looking at my old photos and it gives me that internal motivation that is vital.
I just wish that the gym was not so inconvienent to get to. Of course that it is increasing my challenge stakes on getting back into decent shape ,not necessarily contest shape. That I will be pondering on
Do I want or can I afford to get back in to competition based on how intense the effect can be on your physical and emotional state of mind. If you read this tell me what you think ?
