Great workout

I did resume working out on my inconsistent schedule but it was warranted to the medical procedure that I had for my prostrate gland which involved me to rest and take it easy -I had some some not-so-pleasant effects for the procedure which involves blood so I had to rest even more than usual

I am happy and elated since I did see some results from my workout and I took a protein shake drink and will try to keep that up at least for a month I am going to the Arnold Expo on March 1st with a friend of mine which is going to be held in Columbus Ohio which is a 2.5 hour drive from my residence.  I will replenish my protein powder suppy as well as a good multivitamin.supplement I am excited about this trip- My friend is going for two days Friday  the 29th of February and Saturday the 1st and because of a doctors appt with VA Hospital for checkup and results on my biospy procedufe
The diet and exercise recording in my Diet Power has been giving me additional motivation just by looking at my progress thus far. I had another diet program called Health Keeper and it was outdated and then I  got rid out it recently

I believe I am changing emotionally, physically, and hopefully spiritually. Thank God for that -it is also good that I have a group of close friend and family that helps me on this journey . Things are happening the way that they should from my perspective

Having aches and pains

I am having aches and pains throughout my right arm and I wake up with it but as the day goes on it subsides -I am going to attempt to workout today but being aware of my pain level as I am working out. less in better instead of nothing at all. As I sit here writing this I reflect how much time I spent sitting here instead of working out -Not feeling good about this. My diet is better- had a fulfilling spaghetti dinner with a Greek salad. My new diet program Diet Power is fulfilling all of my expectations and I have not used it to its potential yet. Very High Recommendation to interested parties I am a promoter and dealer if any one is interested let me know

Feeling good and not so sore

hello all

I am sore but not as sore as I was when I last wrote this blog -I have been feeling good since I am sticking with my recording of my diet and exercise routine daily. I have not been writing to the blog because I have not had any significant updates -I have not worked out due to the pain I felt after the last session. it radiated from the shoulder down to my arm -I think I aggravated it when i was doing elevated push ups which does put a lot of stress on the wrists and forearms. I think i might resume exercising tomorrow and probably do some leg exercises and leave the upper body alone for a while (push ups and any upper body dumbbell exercises)

I am getting back slowly but surely ,it will just take time.

Feeling good and sore

Hello all,

I worked out yesterday with back and triceps along with my calisthetics and I am very sore which tells me that I have a more painful road ahead.

I know from experience that is what happens - plain overtraining-  I have to monitor and watch what time and how intense my exercises are in that 30 minute period. But in a crazy way I like that soreness because I know that I worked out with a good intense routine and was huffing and puffing after each set.

I have elected to become an ambassodor for Diet Power , the diet and exercise software that I have installed on my computer -I recently bought it and have had good success with it. I do love the way it works -it is very user friendly and informative.

I will be asking people so see what kind of diet programs there are on and if they are satisfied with the progress they are making using this program whether it is online or offline.

That will come in time I did start a thread in the Nutrition  forum just to start. Hopefully I will get some question suggestions or comments
