for sometime now i could feel my drive deminishing. not really feeling that hype that i used to at the gym. not really feeling that passion that i used to have. i started to really question my goals after i started gettin injuries. first my knee in march. then reinjurying it. and now my left shoulder. so ive decided starting last week, i will be taking a month off of working out. maybe more if need be. this will give me time to evaluate what my goals are and how i can obtain them while overcoming my injuries. i will still visit the site and give advice to those who ask. but will not be updating my stats for a while. i kno i will be losing alot. but i think ill be gaining more. until next time…

I’m curious. I’ve been taking N.O. Xplode for about 7 weeks. and am getting ready to start the 3-4 week off cycle. my question is, couldnt i just take a simple detox, to speed up the process??

the title says it all for all to many people. I happen to work @ the Vitamin Shoppe, have now for a good 9-10months non consecutively though. one of the co-workers who happens to be a personal trainer/body builder recommended Taraxatone to expel excess water under the skin, i found this interesting. and i decided to give it a shot to see what it can do. ill be sure to post new pics after the 10 day cycle..hope it goes well.

after all ive been through, i had come to the conclusion that no matter what i did, i would never get any better @ bench pressin’. but, ive improved although a small number to some. bein able to add a few lbs, ill take. after seeing these results, i have regained hopes in someday breaking the 300 mark. many hard and painful months are ahead, but in the end i know itll pay off. until next time $live loud$
