Day 2 of 21D Challenge

So this is a second day, and I went running at 6 am and run for 40 min, go to steam room, have a oatmeal for breakfast, meet, nothing with sugar, just fruits not too much orange and apple. Then at 4 pm I went to PUMP class it’s was Great! for 50 min you workout whole body with small weight but it’s working great! I love it! So I’m already can see difference :)

May 10 First Day of 21 Day Challenge

Yes, I did it :) i finally start this program and will post results. I take 21 day for make changes. First Day i have a start up workout routine and cycle class for 50 min. Sunday usually i eat a little what i want so diet just 6 days. Today i was stopping in Panda Express for lunch from steam rice, chicken and beef … yam:) So after First Day everything Ok nothing hurts, but i take protein shake from Soy protein after workout and amino acid. Later i will posted on my page picture of me and sizes.

All is a Simple - Just did it!

Yes, how many times before i was tried couple times come back to my healthy part of life, you know when your life is change sometimes is hard keep you workout on the same level.
So it’s happen with Me, i change my living space this is not just another city it’s another country, language, culture, food many things. And what happen ? Yes i take couple extra pounds.
I understand everything is possible and it’s no big Secret here. Everything is Simple, just eat right, keep workout and stay positive.
First time it almost was same like before but then i skip one workout, eat some sweet food and junk food i think a little bit it’s OK.
But it was not one day at week how it have to be, it was almost every 2 day. So now i will try return on my way to healthy life.
I create group 21 day challenge  were i will keep my journal and make experiment about magic 21 number, i read in many books about it 21- it’s what built our habits. So i will start at April 1 and Keep my journal on the pages my group.

Day 1-2

First 2 days i have a cardio for 1 hour every day and i like it :) I change my meal, i want stop eating sweet things - i like sweet :) now i will eat every day tuna, rice, chiken, fish oil.  3- day it’s not good i little seek i hope it will be short time and  very soon i wiil keep do it my workout routine.

New Start!

Ok. I’m ready for new start and go ahead. My goal is new form great ABS and full body. I take a start at 08/23 and will inform how is it goin. First I take cardio 1 hour for 2 weeks every day and my routine 3-4 times at week. Today i well make messuare body and this is will a start point.

Hi there
I want talk about workout, what time the best for you and how much do
you have workout at week? What is your Goal?
Last 6 mount my workout routine was a different because I change my
GYM, in new GYM I don’t have my usually classes (Men’s only,Box) and
another classes have not good time for me Like (Pilates,Yoga, Spining)
My usually routine was work with weight 1-1,5 hour and then cardio
session 40 min. My time was: some classes started at 7 am (Spining,
Yoga) and Evening time and Weekend - Day time.
Now i think take this way i will have 5 day at week for full workout
and 2 day for just cardio 40-60 min. Usually i use morning time this
is give me energy for full day! Ok. Now my weight 195 lb and I need
drop 10-15 lb. I want will 180-185 lb. And i really need work for my
abdominal muscle.
Ok. I started and My Goal 185 lb end of march.
I think this will looking like mix this 2 picture :)
