Day 2 of 21D Challenge
So this is a second day, and I went running at 6 am and run for 40 min, go to steam room, have a oatmeal for breakfast, meet, nothing with sugar, just fruits not too much orange and apple. Then at 4 pm I went to PUMP class it’s was Great! for 50 min you workout whole body with small weight but it’s working great! I love it! So I’m already can see difference
