Harder and Harder to Drop the Weight
December 5, 2007Recently I have started to get in shape and I have had a huge turn around from where I began; as anybody would. Right now my body is to the point where I have to really try hard to accomplish my goals, this is where most people get discouraged and crawl back to their comfortable lifestyle of the past, not me! The reason I am writing is because I have noticed a difference in how the fat is coming off; not at easily…..lol. Of course this is accomplished with diet, but I need to know from experience if anybody has a diet or knows of a diet that is 1. Healthy 2. Non-expensive 3. Condusive to both body fat loss and strength/ endurance training (i.e. football training) I know there has to be one that exist and is better than the one I had devised. If anyone has any advice at all or insight on what I am trying to accomplish, please don’t worry about offending me, that is why I am here. I would like to know what you know.
