I’m feeling good! Started working out again approximately 2 weeks ago, minus the supps. I thought I was going 2 be in a world of hurt with muscle fatigue and loss of strength, but all was good. Jumped right in where I left off, tackling my body with a vengeance. I’m on a serious mission this time around where I can not let anything get in my way…My motto…2 get right u gotta do right…use it or loose it because it only takes approximately and hour and some change 2 add on days 2 ur life.

For all that have kept some kind of contact with me, I thank you. Times were hard, but now things are starting to get better. With all the stress I was going through, I had dropped like 12 lbs (not happy), but now I’m back and going even harder! If I decide 2 take some flix this weekend, I’ll post them up so u can see the transformation I’m going 2 put myself thru.
4 those living in Buffalo, NY…I’m back @ the B.A.C. DT location training. So if ur looking 4 something new, or u r new to the whole fitness environment, wanting 2 gain mass or loose body fat, young or old, come see me for an assessment. You must be a member of the BAC 2 receive any of the training there, but I can guarantee you’ll get the results you were looking for. Thank you again 4 those who keep tabs on me!

No If, Ands, Buts or Maybes…’07, is going 2 be a year where I stay commited…diet, cardio…2 words and activities I use 2 dislike, are now going 2 be part of my religion! Please keep comming back 4 progress reports/pics…I’ll keep ya posted…Thanx 4 visiting! I’m open 2 any ideas…
