I know I haven’t been on here 4 a good while, but I’ve been pretty damn busy! I get up @ 3:50ish(am), do the manly S.S.S., get breakfast consumed, get my head right, and head out the door 2 work! Need 2 be "up" and motivated prior 2 hittin the gym! I due my 8…and right after, I do me! Hit the weight! Those who know me, or @ least know me from here, know that I torn cartilage or chipped a bone in my left wrist while benching…but, I’m not letting it screw up my training. Workin around it, while being smart and aware of injury. After I beat myself up, I head home, S.S.S. again, lol, and head out the door 2 one of our parks here in Buff, and my boy and I train our dedicated group of soldiers outdoors, due to the fact WE FINALLY HAVE DECENT WEATHER NOW! Beat them up nice, head home and spend a short time doing design work 4 people (ie. Logos, flyers, retouching of media…etc). Consume my 3rd or 4th serving of protein by then, do a lil me and off 2 bed!
That’s why it’s been a lil hard 4 me 2 get on here 2 update my status, etc. I didn’t do the Mr Buffalo, only because I refuse 2 compete with those who cheat. I won’t even give a person the respect of me pissing on their feet if I were 2 find out that they cheat! Heard that Roc will be having a natural show soon, but I dunno if I’ll be able to train 2 the point "I" feel necessary 2 compete.
I have changed my workout routine 2 better allow my body 2 rest, where I only work 1 major muscle group a day with the exception of arms (bis and tris) and legs (quads and hams). I keep them as my superset days. I come 2 realize I have 2 be smarter than "myself" when it comes 2 this…I’m getting older…body needs more time 2 heal and I get hella results when I allow it 2 rest like so. As far as exercises I do in general…I keep changing them every week… Very rarely, do I do something the same. Keeps my body guessing (and those that be around me trying to cop my style without paying 4 the advice…hey, I have 2 eat too, u know! lol). They be like…"Dude, how come u always changin up what u do? Last week, didn’t you do…" Rite there, I stope ‘em, confuse ‘em more…so that way, by the time I let ‘em speak again, they done 4got what it was I did last week! LMAO…I know, I can be an ass!
Ahiite…I doubt if any1 even read this far..but I have 2 get going…Hittin the sauna in a minute…every1 have a great rest of the week! Matter of fact, may everyday be blessed!

I’m feeling it 4 this ‘08!!! Tho I somewhat am on IR via my knee, I’m still going hard in the gym! I’m pretty syked!!! LOL!!! The American Gladiators is being aired again!!! YES!!! That was like 1 of my fav shows as I was growing up! Got me wanting, rather, pondering, on auditioning 4 the show…Anyhow, workout’s are coming out strong! Going 2 do something that I haven’t done in a while and that’s 1 body part a day…I may only do it 4 like 3 weeks, 2 a month just 2 try 2 force growth via extra rest. We’ll see how it goes.

…Just been pretty busy and dealing with personal issues. The good thing is that I haven’t slacked out with the weights! I’ve been hittin’ the weights pretty hard lately and throwing in cardio every so often…There’s a guy that started working out with me, so far a month strong that’s actually showing good progress. He’s happy as a lil’ kid on X-mas when we work out. Never complains, never cries…just listen and follows.
I’ve switched up, slightly, my routine of chest on Mondays, where we do a set of 10 reps inclined, immediately followed by 10 flys, then a full minute of presses via a lighter weight…(me 4 example, 70lbs, 50lbs, 25lbs). Then we’ll head over to cable flys (2 from lower, 2 from upper), 4 sets…Pushups, with 45lb plates on our back, and then depending if we start with flat presses, we’re done. Of course, I then have 2 tackle my back and shoulders b4 going home!
Leg and arm day, I’ve added weighted walking lunges, early in week, to the agenda. (WHOA!!!) My ASS be killing me!!! Followed with hack squats, leg presses, exts, curls and back exts. I add deadlifts on the later day minus the hacksquat. Then arms follow. I will try my hardess 2 keep up with blogs, pics and videos. All u guys and gals look GREAT! Those that are in my list and those that aren’t…I try 2 view as many people as possible and leave comments or add. We all should help motivate each other and make this fitness high the number 1 addiction on the planet!

Almost passed on hittin the steel 2day, more so because I didn’t get a chance 2 eat… But through determination, I dug deep and found the strength 2 push. Started with legs, super setting lunges with deadlifts, then hit the hack squat pretty heavy, considering I blasted a pretty damn good interval cardio session prior. Finished up th legs with extensions and back extensions.
Hit the arms pretty heavy too. Super setting bi’s with tri’s, I started with heavy standing curls, followed with heavy overhead extensions. After, followed up with seated "wide grip" DB curls SS with skull crushers via DB’s. Hammers SS with ez curl tri exts, then reverse grip curls SS with kickbacks, then finally, machine preacher curls SS with pull downs on cable station…Once again…feelin good, feelin good, FEELIN GOOD!!!

I love Mondays…when it comes 2 workin out! Beast mode all the way 2day with chest, back & shoulders. Some people feel that it’s a lot 2 do in 1 day, but not I…the way I go about it fits me and time allotted very well.
Talk about muscle memory! I’m happy as hell (is hell really happy, lol, corny joke, sorry), anyhow, happy that my strength is coming back pretty quick. My dumbbell flies are @ 65 lbs incline. Incline dumbbell chest press @ approx 85 lbs (no spot…I believe I could get up 95). Flat press approx 95 lbs, DB’s again, no spot, so I could push more no doubt. Flat fly approx 65-70 lbs. Finished off with cable flies 4 the definition.
Chin ups galore followed right after. Did approx 6-7 set on the free bar, because a guy came thru wanting 2 work in, so we both pushed each other 2 failure, b4 resorting over 2 the gravitron assist machine 2 push out forced reps. Close hand pull downs followed, super-setted with machine shrugs.
Shoulder presses followed immediatly 2 failure (strip method), then I worked rear delts followed by lateral raises.
I normally do my carido prior, but 2day, I started a little, no, actually, very late, do to conversing with members and co-workers @ the gym. Feelin’ good!!!

I’m not going 2 lie, 2day, I did not want 2 beat up my "sponge bob legs", but I did…Just looking out side @ the crazy weather here, had me feeling a lack of energy…but once I changed n2 my workout attire, and went to hit the squats, it all came back. Beat up my quads, hams and glutes pretty good. Prior 2, I knocked out a little cardio, something that shaocked the hell out of people that know of me (I hate treadmills, but I’m making it part of my regimen). After legs, I super set my bi’s and tri’s pretty hard. Got a really good pump. Like I stated, I want 2 be back where I was, if not better, by the 1st of Jan…No special day…I just want 2 see if I can push myself 2 the limit! More cardio 2morrow and shoulders!

I’m feeling good! Started working out again approximately 2 weeks ago, minus the supps. I thought I was going 2 be in a world of hurt with muscle fatigue and loss of strength, but all was good. Jumped right in where I left off, tackling my body with a vengeance. I’m on a serious mission this time around where I can not let anything get in my way…My motto…2 get right u gotta do right…use it or loose it because it only takes approximately and hour and some change 2 add on days 2 ur life.

For all that have kept some kind of contact with me, I thank you. Times were hard, but now things are starting to get better. With all the stress I was going through, I had dropped like 12 lbs (not happy), but now I’m back and going even harder! If I decide 2 take some flix this weekend, I’ll post them up so u can see the transformation I’m going 2 put myself thru.
4 those living in Buffalo, NY…I’m back @ the B.A.C. DT location training. So if ur looking 4 something new, or u r new to the whole fitness environment, wanting 2 gain mass or loose body fat, young or old, come see me for an assessment. You must be a member of the BAC 2 receive any of the training there, but I can guarantee you’ll get the results you were looking for. Thank you again 4 those who keep tabs on me!
