Friday, August 3rd, 2007I didn’t had the chance to train the last few months because of some circumstances. Really mad about this because i was gaining strength and weight, but hey what are you gonna do about it. Gonna start over now and decided to start my lifts from scratch and use progressive loading. Starting Squat at 30kg, Deadlift at 40kg, Benchpress at 30kg, Rows at 20kg, Military press at 20kg. Going to increas weights by 2.5kg every workout and Deadlift by 5kg every workout. Kinda sucks in the beginning because the weights are so easy, so i’m very tempted to add some extra weight and not look like a freaking pussy. But with this program my lifts should finally go up and i hope i’ll get to my goal.
