ok so ive been on a clean bulk for past 5 1/2 weeks and will be finishing my bulk with this stack of Superpump 250, Sizeon, Plasmajet, and Novadex XT was doing halodrol liquidgels but went off it after 2 weeks no side effects or anything just didnt really wanna add it to the stack. All i got to say about this stack is good things great stack to do if your going on a bulk i had awesome strength gains in the gym and apparently (i dont see it) i gained size. Sunday i will be posting pics and updates on stats and then i will be doing a cut on the get shredded diet while taking recreate and will be doing another post on that but that will come later.

Ok so title says it all ive decided to go on a clean bulk and figured with the right supplements i might be able to get better results. So i will be taking Sizeon, Superpump 250, Plasmajet, Halodrol Liquidgels, and Novadex XT. I’ll be on this for 6 weeks accept the halodrol which im just running one cycle of. The rest will go on for the 6 week bulk.

Ok so i’ve been on The Get Shredded Diet for a week now and have gotten good results so far but knowing that im going on a bulk right after this cut has me wondering if i should just do this 4 week clean bulk and then do the get shredded diet so i think im going on a bulk stage first then will cut up.

Ok so last monday i started the get shredded diet and the week flew by like nothing it was pretty easy to me i offically weighed in at 187 this morning which means i lost about 9lbs which i know some is water weight but let me tell you im already seeing great results as in better deffinition in my abs and my belt and pants are already fitting loose and have noticed no muscle loss if anything ive noticed gains as im getting bigger lifts not much but bigger than normal lifts in certain exercises. As i said i will be posting pics and final measurement results in the end but from what im seeing so far this diet gets a 5 star from me. I’ll be posting results for week 2 next monday.

Ok so i started the diet yesterday and so far so good i kept full all day could barely get down the bed meal but managed to maybe it was because it was my late night at work and ate dinner then ate bed meal a hour and half later but as i said it kept me full as i type this i just had lunch on day 2 though and still full. My lifting last night didnt seem to have any problems if not felt really good. I just had my current stats taken and updated them on my page but here they are:

Ok so to get cut up for summer im going to be going on The Get Shredded Diet if you dont know what it is heres a link http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1150209 and basically its supposed to get you to drop a good amount of body fat but its supposed to be pretty difficult which im up to the challenge. Hardest part is telling buddies that i wont be able to drink for next 5-6 weeks but the cut must get done. Im currently sitting at about 15-16% body fat ill get it remeasured the day before but im hoping this diet will atleast get me down to 10-11% range. Im going to be taking pics and measurements before and after and posting the results somewhere on the forumns hopefully they come out good.
