knees have hurt since my walk… time for a swim tommorrow

going for an hour swim tommorrow, still need to clean up my eatting… taking soup can to work but pig out when i get home, need a nice smei skimmed milk oats in the morn. low impact high cardio… cold hair lol

12 mile walk 4.5 hours

had a nice longish walk for 4.5 hours 2 days ago i grossly mis calculated the time needed oops …. knees feel ok i took 2 ibuprofen to reduce swelling joins… might swim tomorrow morin. it was approx 1800 cal

need to regroupe… im afraid im not gyming to much… and eatting poorly…. gaing weight and knackering my knees….. gonna ramble more … (walking in country side), would love to walk to my sis 13 miles away…. it would take 7-8 hours want to do it tues morning, need to get hiking boots …… tomorrow will start the day with oatmeal and bannanana

greatwork out… feeling the benifits

feeeling the benifits of working out now… i get my heart rate back to normaly really quickly… great work out today… 60 mins on elptical, 5.12 miles on level 13, 1095 cals, knees good, heart good … weight is steady… i feel it will drop v soon, 1 pound for next week

Knee and pepsi max

My knee hurt a bit giving me a sharp pain that worried me. I’ve let it rest now and I’m back again tomorrow for some eliptical …. Also I’m getting withdraw from not drinking pepso for 2 days , I think 9 cans in a day might be to much. In fact when I told ppl they laughed at me :-( so I’m stopping that , as for my weight I don’t think I’m going to make the 1 pound lose this week but will try hArd with the next 2 days

went to gym to sweat it out

tried to run alittle fro 20 odd minutes… woooo what an effort…. made my right knee hurt abit … then i hopped onto the eliptical cycle…. and finnished off an hour in total … about 850 cal.. (even though its an estimation …. had a good sweat  ….. not totally well today … have a throaty chesty thing .. but a bit of rest will make it  all better.

an hour on the eliptical trainer… level 10    average 120 125 reps a min, ave heart rate 130, topped out at 180,      total cals used 920

getting started again

drinking more water, cutting down on bad foods….. on tuesday when i come back to england after my hols i will start again… i may also weigh my slef at a chemist tomorrow to update my after holiday weight.

 

Beach is nice and also doing intermediate joggin… i thought my knees would kill… but they,re fine and giving my less pain then then i started my long walks this holis…

 

will seriously consider joggin as my cardio , mixxed with crosstrainer and swimming, supplimented by walking to work (30 min) most days

went to the beach

went to beach today .. no well planed out food im afraid.. i had to run for the train as well.. i was F$cked in 30 seconds , on the good side knee doesnt hurt
