The LA Marathon may be in March or May. I have been running like crazy 10 miles, 9 miles at one time. 26miles/week. While only running 5 miles a week at most in the past. This feels great but I worked really hard to gain mass. As a 120lb highschool student I was very unhappy. After my third year in the Navy training brought me up to par at 190lbs.

When I turned vegetarian 3 years ago losing weight was a concern but nothing happen. I actually started lifting and gained 10lbs. So it is July and I will train until the Spring. My fear motivates me to lift and my courage won’t let me puss out on the marathon. Is it going to be a Shakespearean tragedy? or will I kick ass in the marathon and home gym? Anyone ever been here that can provide tips?
