I’m BAAACCCCKKKK!!!!

I’d been side lined for a week with illness. This led me to eat bad. My honey had alot to do with this as well. He was left to fend for himself and me. Needless to say he won’t cook anything so I ate fast food for lunch three times out of the week, and butter pecan ice cream. OH, the tasty shame.
Ok, I’m over that. Today, I went to the gym. It was ok. I did 30 min of cardio (elliptical machine). I’ll admit I was winded. I just had to tell myself before I was side lined I was just getting back into my training anyway. I’m still building up my stamina. I also did 3 x 10 of 60lbs of leg extensions (I only go to gym to use the elliptical and the competition). Tread mill girl keeps me going. Just when I’m ready to give up I look over at her bouncing ponytail and say to myself "Oh no you don’t. If she can do another 30min running. I know darn well I can do another 10min). So, I did. Yay!!! me! I know for many it might not seem much, but for me it’s the start to me getting on that roll. I really need a consistant start. And that my friends is what it is a start. Tonight, I plan on doing my "Crunch Power Yoga". It’s a great workout. Tomorrow my plan is to go a little longer in cardio as well as developing my lifting plan.
Today for breakfast I had:
An omelet w/bell peppers, sprinkling of reduced fat bacon bits, and sharp cheese.
Lunch:
Salad w/tuna, bell peppers, cucumbers, sprinkling of reduced fat bacon bits, reduced fat dressing.
Dinner:
steak stir fry (which includes bell peppers & onions)w/brown rice (the minute rice kind…Hey it works for me). As you may have noticed the bell pepper pattern. They were on sale. LOL!!!
Of course water throughout the day.
I also tried Muscle Milk reduced calorie whey protein (chocolate). "IT WAS GROSS!!!" I’m not exactly sure if it’s the sweetner they use or just all the ingredients, but it was horrible. It has the same taste as if you were to use too much sweet & low or equal (sucralose). Have they heard of Splenda. I hate I wasted my money on it. I even tried using a straw to limit the taste, but that didn’t work. I really hate wasting my money. I’m going to torture myself until it’s gone and try something else. UUUUGGGhhh Yuck!!!!!
