I have been doing ok so far this year but I have been slacking over the last month due to stress from work, family, promotion...etc. However, with the Summer Shred 2013 Challenge there will be no excuses. Hard work, dedication, persistence, motivation from my husband and personal trainer, and lastly keeping my diet under control is how I plan to battle these upcoming 12 weeks and also how I will bring the heat for the Summer Shred 2013 Challenge. Time to get that beach body back! Watch out, a woman on a mission!
