Wow-2 weeks strong this week
Tuesday, March 27th, 2007Well, it’s been a long time since I have wrote anything. Things have been somewhat bumpy, until I made the choice to be committed. Commit to my health and life, like i do my job, relationships, and everything else.
I am soo happy to say that I feel great now. I have more energy and a little more spunk. lol. I have also enlisted the help of a trainer. He has me psyced and motivated. I feel very postive. My goal is to get down to 17% bodyfat!!! It seems so hard..but I am taking it one day at a time, one meal and workout at a time! It’s kind of like riding a bike-you just dont jump on and become the best..it takes time and effort! So, I am taking that time and effort to just focus on me and make Me the best that I can be.
