Back at the gym….whew!

Well, I did it! I went and signed back up on Friday evening. I recieved a warm welcome from the guys. lol (hehe) I got up saturday and went-I only did 45 on the elptical rider. I still felt good.

I went to the gym yesterday. I admit, it was a half @$$ workout, but I am seriously feeling it today. I am sooo sore..but i feel great and  I am so proud of myself. My eatting is still not where I would like it to be, but it will get there eventually.

For the most part all is well. I just know that when I go and workout-I have to be focused. I have to have my notebook and really stay mentally focused…you know, put your mind into your muscle!!

 I have to admit..alot of the guys were smiling and winking at me. It kinda threw me for a loop. It made me think i had something on my @$$…but I checked and I didn’t. lol. I guess I’m not use to going to the gym getting alot of smiles and winks….

So, today I’m going its just cardio and abs today. So, it will be a lil easier to stay focused on that. I want to do 30 min on the treadmill and 15 on the ellptical rider and eventually end w/ abs and some streching!

 That’s all for now. I havent had to much time to write. Things have been busy.

Just my thoughts on the past few days….

Well, it’s 8.08a. I just ate breakfast, oatmeal, 3 boiled egg white and I am drinking my water. I feel good. Anyhow, in the past few days, I have been watching what I eat..and to my suprise yesterday-I got this burst of energy from no where! I have been taking my vitamins daily and I haven’t started exercising. I’m going to sign back up at the gym Friday evening or Saturday morning (my gym in 24 hours!!).

 

I wonder, did I really feel that good and energized because of  the fact that I have been watching what I eat….Hmm…Not sure. Time will tell though.

I was proud of myself last night. Normally if I get hungry at night I just grab the first and ususally worst thing I can. I actually cut 1 serving of cheese and 1 flatbread cracker (which are fabulous) and it was good! Just enough. I really didn’t need to much. I drank some H20, brushed my teeth, and then went to bed. I woke up at the normal time and I feel good!

 I ate my breakfast and feel good.So, I guess I will see if I can keep this energy today and for the rest of the frigid weekend!

 I will posting all that I eat and do. I put a skeleton workout in the log-I will get more detailed though! I want as much imput as I can get.
