still working on the P90X program had a big family get togetgher at moms for Easter i got a lot of coments about how good i was looking that was so encourging.  i have lost some body fat for sure i wish i could have gotten an accurate bodyfat measurment before i started the program im sticking to the workout plan and the diet but i did drink a few too many beers.Gezz spring is here and i been cooking outside a lot just can’t lite up the grill without a budlite what would my buddys say if they pulled up and i was drinking wine lol. oh well im gona concentrate on cutting way back on the beer i eat a lot cleaner offshore and no beer there either. im just drinking protien  i think im goan throw some cretine into the mix. but without a doubt im in the best shape of my life and this working out "Rocks" i think i will allways use it. incorprate it into all my workouts. the first 3 weeks  my body went into shock i hurt all over and was tired all the time but now im feeling awsome. im sweated down after a workout  it feels great.

workouts are going great i am working extreamly hard on my job which makes it hard to feel like working out. the weather is warming some so sweating twice as much. i have lost a good bit of weight im down to 182lbs im so scared of looseing to much mass im not dieting as stricly and i have uped the protine intake too as not to loose too much muscle i i have  one problem when i have to work real hard on my job i feel as if i need more sugar i do cheat a good bit during this time and i hate myself for it i drank a lot of gatorade which has a shit load of sugar in it and i ate a couple of slices of cake i know that may sound like im sweating the  small stuff but i do want  to cut if anyone has a energy alternative please let me know one guy i workout with had some post engery  packets taste like shit but full of carbs im sure there better than choclate cake lol. the polymetricts is still kicking my ass i climb a lot of stars out here and my legs are  sore after all that jumping but i am wrestling this work out like a cat in a telephone booth. i worked arms and shoulders today its one solid hour or arms and shoulders i have no problem with eh days when weights are involved i can do that, but the polymetrics and yoga are killers i havent finished  those workouts yet and its my 3 week i do feel very different after doing the yoga i stand more errect  and feel a sence of well being. its some cool shit but im getting ragged a lot offshore about it there allways asking me if im still doing my jane fonda workout program lol awh fcuk em i will look ripped when this thing is over if it dont kill me first. im open to any suggestions if anyone has any and keep my in your prayers  i be posting some new pictues soon i hope

havent had a chance to write lately im back offshore for two weeks im still working the P90X program and im seeing results leaning up mostly my body is in shock still but i feel awsome i was set back for a a week and a half due to a virus that kicked my ass it left me very weak but im  back up and running i have almost finshed the polymetricts workout i did 45 min out of 60 min yesterday jumping jumping and more jumping my legs are fcuking killing me lol the program lay out is awsome just when you think you cant do it the next day the program is totally different so it makes it possible. keep me in your prayers cause its still kicking my ass im exhausted after i finish each day and i dont have a desk job so they both can really kick my ass but i feel my body changing in ways i have never felt before and i have worked out for years. im really looking for some cool results  i will be posting some new pictures soon. im gona be so fcuking jacked  lol

After a new holiday season of hard drinking and eating like a pig im back to the serious grind i am one week into the P90X program and i think im gona be able to do it dude this is a one helleva work out program but im loving it if i accomplish this i think i want to frame the certificate on the wall it will be one of my greatest accomplishments right there next to advance marine firefighting. im asking for your prayers and support cause its hell but im gona fight it like a wild cat in a telephone booth. i just did my before pictues they suck all the more to buckle down and work this program. im offshore for 14 days the guys in my room know that for one hour the room is mine and mine only that means stay the fcuk out.they will fcuk with me about it but will stay out. especially the yoga day dam i dread what they will say to seeing me in a pose lol.awh what the hell i will look so jacked when i finish the program i can allready see results on one week i cant wait to see mid program results i will continue to post my progress and bitch about my pain. good luck to everyone in 08 lets rock this year i plan on it

im still pumping iron in spite of the obstacales that have incured my wife was in a car accident and broke her foot i thought this would be a bad thing and it is but it actually has allowed me more time to workout when im home from offshore. im trainning a yearling colt and working out at home. we are not leaving the house often she is in cast and still in some pain we are very blessed that it was only a broken foot she was hit head on a  very bad accident i must say this for all the volenteer firefighters out there that read this i was so impressed with the volenteer fire dept they where there so fast and the first responders went to work on my wife before the ambalance got there im a volenteer firefighter offshore so i know the trainning and sacrifice thats involved and they do this for free i have personally thanked them and wrote a letter of thanks to the dept.  i know there are a lot of firefighters out there on bodybuilding.com that may read this i just want to say thanks i was following my wife when she was hit and i pulled her out of the car it was smoking and looked like it was gona catch on fire. well she is layed up and im working out and trainning my colt i dont know why but i have enjoyed staying at home with her  maybe  we are too busy we needed to slow down some and appreacate the things in life that mean the most.

sorry ass bloger

i have had a very good week of working out i have a work out partner but we can only work out together for 2 weeks every other month i have a hard time finding a good work out partner even when im offshore sechedlues differ and some guys do a hit and miss kinda shit workout. i allways see better results when we work out for those two weeks im courious to know if all these really built guys and gurls have work out partners, its evern harder at home in the gym i work offshore for 14 days and im home for 14 days so thats almost impossible to find a work out partner unless they have the same secheldue. i have put on some more mass but still got some body fat to shed. im up to 195lbs i need to tighten the diet and stop drinking beer on my days off  or cut back anyway dam i love bud lite lol

havent had time to post a blog in a while i was really going to chat my progress but im so dam busy at work, im still working out pretty hard i got a pain in my elbow from doing somthing stupid "arm wrestling," had a few too many bud lites lol but it just hurts in certin positions i havent had to cut back on my weights but it concerns me any injury is a set back i have really wanted to put on some mass but when i look at my pictues i think hard about dieting and cutting some i really want to bust 200lbs but more lean muscle than fat thats the tricky part lol i think im gona eat a lot cleaner and cut the carbs some maybe add carido every other day carido in the mornings and weights in the evenings, i will see how that works if any one has a suggestion on the elbow injury give me a yell i wonder should i wrap it. It doesnt hurt unless my arms in a certin position. working arms or wide grip pull ups and i love pull ups,  well i got to get back to work suppose to be working as we speak lol.

i got my work out partner back for a short while i can allway see improvments in my strenght and workout intensity for some reason i would never tell him that  lol but we click and push each other hard yester day worked biceps started with the 50s worked down to 20 doing 5 reps each we did 3 sets of that my bis are tight as hell this morning and lookin awsome, i benched 275 day before yesterday. thats my max i dont max out often but the numbers make me feel strong, i go home from offshore tomarrow so i will take tomarrow off and its the 4th proby drink a few cold ones but back to the workouts thursday.

Been super busy lately and my birthday was last week i turned 50 i had 3 partys in the same week,I know im too old to party like that, lol but it was fun, i have been sticking to the mass workout program and im gaining weight too i can see it in my traps and delts and bis for sure but i didnt really eat clean for the birthday week so i got to clean up the diet and cut back on the beer again i was doing real good until birthday week the wife and i just bought the slim and 6 program i really bought it for her but i said i was gona do it so she would be more movated to do it also looks like a good carido work out  and i do need to shed some fat, and she is a good looking gurl and i would never tell her but she could stand to loose about 10lbs too, she got lazy on me this winter she is working out again but not hard enough, well its my first day back offshore so i can really concentrate on my workouts and diet, i will post some stats soon and some more pictues

this is my second day of trainning on a new program, trainning for Mass i down loaded it last week working one body part a day i worked chest the first day and biecps its hard to make my bis sore. my chest is real sore. i got firefighting meeting tonight but im gona still try to get my triceps worked before the meeting.
