					<description>Thanks for the positive comments. I have a semi-structured routine, and am still figuring out which is the best weight for now on each of the exercises. Of course due to my physical limitations, I am basically working shoulders, arms, traps, lats, abs. I am also able to do some leg presses, and after a couple more weeks, plan to begin swimming laps a couple times each week.

					<description>there's a big difference from the Bullworker and real weights; but it's a great difference!  Take your time with the weights and don't worry about how much you think you need to lift, but can lift.  It's not a competition against anyone else.  Do you have a routine or are you trying to find one?  Good luck and keep it up! :)</description>
