19 Weeks and Counting!!
Good morning!
I have 19 weeks until my first competition (hoping they’ll post the NPC Florida schedule soon). I’m trying to learn as much as I possibly can about everything. At times, I feel like a sponge and other days…well, the sponge is saturated!
DirtyRMartini and I drove to Hollywood, Florida last weekend to attend the 2009 NPC National Finals. It was quite an experience (quite tamer compared to the Arnold, but I expected that). I witnessed Ava Cowan win her Pro Card. MsMotoMaverick also won her Pro Card in addition to Overall. Congratulations ladies!! You were perfect! Other than the show itself, the weekend was very relaxing. I certainly didn’t spend the vacation away from the gym!!! 
I’m hoping to post a few pictures soon from that trip.
This week –Thanksgiving– is going to be a challenge as far as nutrition. Tons of temptation! I know I can do it though…

You can do it! Stay away from all those temptations, not worth it
I dieted through my Canadian thanksgiving too!
