Friday, April 13th, 2007Well, summer is on the way and that of course means cutting! Starting a 3-4 day weight training program with two heavy days and 1 or 2 high rep day. Throw in cardio when able and of course watch the diet. Starting out between 2200-2400 cals a day, which is usally my maintenance level. I’ll slowly drop as needed, probably about 100 cals or so a week.
