I got to workout with the Universal Animals Saturday in Delaware. We met at The Training Center in Newark. A log of big guns were there. Here is a link to the Delaware meet thread:

Here is my working sets for Saturday while there. I spent a lot more time talking to the big guys and picking their brains than I did working out. It was also quite a freak show to watch so working out while in the gym was the lowest priority for once. I still got an awesome chest workout in. Nice and sore today baby!

Lats, MidBack, Triceps & Traps.
Excellent workout.
Due to the amount of places I am logging workouts I am going to stop bodybloging for now. It is completely redundant and has become a choir.

We had nothing going on anywhere on a Monday night for the first time in months! I was able to add an extra workout to my week. I did Glutes, Quads, Hams & Calves.
It felt great and I had some really sore Quads when finished.

Hit it hard again Saturday. This is closest I have ever come to puking during and post workout. By about 2/3 of the way through I had pushed so hard I thought I was gonna spill it. I took an extra minute rest and drank a bunch more water. Finished the workout and pushed to get extra sets in while keeping it just under an hour.
At the end I thought sure it was coming up but I held her down. Waited about 5 minutes and still managed to fit a full Torrent shake down on top of all those drinks I took during workout. Surprizingly the Torrent made that feeling go away in about 10 minutes. I thought sure it would make it worse LOL!
My Triceps were still a tad sore even this morning, two days later. I was seriously pissed off about something that was going on at the time and I channeled that into my workout.
It may not look like a lot to some but for me it was killer progress:

To date, I have tried several recovery potions but nothing has worked as good as Torrent has. I love the stuff.
I have also added Animal Pump as a regular supplement now as well since I am done logging that other Creatine supplement.

I love Saturday workouts. It’s the best because you get an exceptional nights sleep and then get up, eat and workout! My back felt a little better today and I was able to get a good upper body workout done. Today was Lats, Midback, Triceps, Traps.

Worked out at home today. My back had been really bad all day. I got worse. So I had to go for x-rays. I’m told I’ve turned my pelvis. Looks like any heavy work that used that area is out. That includes, squats, leg press, dead lifts, bent rows.
I am still working what I can. I am switching it up a bit now any way. Trying to start a P/RR/S routine that splits only 3 days a week. My be a challenge with my back and arm like this but here goes.
