Pre-workout nutrition
Lately I have been drinking my protein shakes along with 5g creatine just before I workout. I have been reading about pre-workout nutrition and have been getting mixed reviews. Either do I wait 30 min before I workout once I have my shake or is it okay to go right after I drink it?

i would say wait the 30mins so that the supp. you took in have time to get into your muscles!
