Supplement HELP!
Hi everyone! i am in need of some help. You see I am now trying to add more muscle mass and I was recommended to take BCAA’s and creatine. I have read up on BCAA and seems good. But as for creatine, I am iffy about it? How do women respond to it? DO they retain a lot of water? Is it worth to try it out?? PLease help me!!!!

hey girl, just happen to stumble on your blog…i am trying to gain strength and muscle right now as well and started creatine about a month ago and have not experience any negative side effects. i only take 5 g a day. i do feel it has helped me push more weight. i take a creatine supplement that also contains 30 g carbs and i change up taking it before or after my workout…i have heard it is good to take it before AND after! i have been lifting pretty heavy for about 2 months and haven’t gained weight like i have hoped, so i am hoping that the creatine will help! i don’t take BCAA in the off season because i feel i get enough with food alone but i do supplement with them on season. hope this helps!
