What to do when those cravings strike!
Don’t you hate being a women sometimes? Look at what we all have to go through in our lives from periods to child birth to hot flashes, but what I hate is the cravings I get right before that time of month! Sorry guys if this is disturbing, but it’s so true! It makes it even harder when you ar trying to diet to look your best.
I always crave something sweet and creamy like peanut butter, ice cream or even jelly belly’s. What is the best way to help these cravings without ruining your diet? I found one trick to satisfy something sweet. If my cravings are strong for something sweet, Ill make some sugar-free jell-o. It works and helps the cravings! Does anyone else have any ideas???

I like Natural set yoghurt and add some (or a lot) of acacia honey.

I like sugar free jello too as a low cal snack but the artifical sweetners can cause bloat and some other unpleasantness. That doesn’t really bother where I would stop eating it, but I also like to snack on popsicles. They only have 45 calories and are very refreshing when it hot like it’s been. Alot of those portion controlled ice cream snacks really aren’t that bad calorie wise and they are a real treat

I use protein powders only from a company called Beverly International who I believe make not only the best protein powders on the market but also the best supplements. I enjoy their Ultra Size Protein powder in chocolate flavor not only because it tastes like chocolate milk but also I make puddings, brownies and smoothies out of it that are absolutely decadent. I add fat free Cool Whip to them and I have had guests over that thought they were store bought sugar and calorie filled desserts. I have tried other protein powders and they just don’t do the job, taste as good or measure up. If you are going to try this make sure you use Beverly International’s Ultra Size Chocolate protein powder and you can make Peanut Butter-Mocha Puddings, Chocolate Puddings, Chocolate Brownies and Chocolate Peanut Putter Smoothies and Shakes and these are just the recipes on the container itself, and I have heard people who have made chocolate pancakes and even chocolate crepes all with this protein powder. You can check out their website for info and recipes at Bodybuildingworld.com and see for yourself.
You can also look at the BB.com store under Beverly International to check all of their other supplements as well.

As clean as my diet is, it actually includes Natural Peanut Butter (crunchy)… the brand I use is Smart Balance and has "all the right stuff". It’s low in sugar and has "healthy fats". It is very filling and tasty, a perfect craving killer!
