Hey everyone!! As you know I just started my diet and training program on Monday! It’s going very well I might say. Haven’t had any cravings yet and sticking to the plan to a ‘T’. Though I am amazed on my first day on the program of how much energy I had when I ate before I weight trained and did my cardio afterwards.
My usual routine used to be get up at 5:45am, take my supplements and out the door to the gym. But now with my plan. The days I am weight training I have to eat complext carbs and protein beforehand. I felt like I could outrun the energizer bunny! I felt great all day as well. I used to feel sluggish in late afternoon. Not anymore!
What I am really looking forward to though is to start seeing some results. I want that tight nice body!
Well I am off to bed in ths crazy hot weather! I hope to get some decent sleep!
