So i have been trying to lose weight for the last two month. Didn’t really get anywhere with that goal so I’m starting over. My goals are now to go to the gym 5 days a week and do 45 mins of cardio. Another goal is i WILL cut out all soda drinking and will drink water. Lets start here and then work at the other stuff. Wise me luck

Ok so about a week ago i tryed this high reps low weight workout, and hated it like no other. So i took a two day split routne and made it into a three day split. Heres what i got w/ 4 set of 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
Monday
Chest: Incline bench, Flat DB bench press, Pec deck fly, Decline bench
Shoulders: Overhead DB press, DB lateral raises, Shrugs
ABS
Wensday
Back: Pulldowns, Seated Row, Good mornings, Rear delt DB flys, Pullups
Legs: Legs press, Leg extensions, Lying leg curls
ABS
Friday
Triceps: Close grip bench press, Rope pulldowns, Overhead press
Biceps: Barbell curls, Incline DB curls, 1 arm cable curls
Calves: Seated calf raises
ABS
Cardio is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for 1 hour
I going to start this for a month and see how i like it and change it if needed. Supplements im taking right now are whey protein, multi-v and NANO Vapor. My diet is high protien low carb 6 small meals a day w/ my whey protein being one of the meals in the morning.
Lets see what happens in about a month

So i started this goal monday and im already wanting to quite. i try to find information to help me make the right
choices on what i should be eatting and what lifting routine i should be doing to reach my goals. I start reading and im lost in just a few mins. I guess im just to new and like everything will take time to learn what i need to do to reach my goals.
