I broke my wrist on July 16th, in a cast for 6 weeks. So I am going to use this time to focus on cardio and leanin out a bit!

I started a Mass Building program in January, but on the 5th day (triceps) I pull a tricep tendon in my elbow doing skull crushers. Super painful!! So for 2 months I wasn’t been able to do any tricep work and had to go really light on "presses"
But icing 3 times a day and Ibuprophen has helped and I just had a great bi / tri workout earlier this week (no skull crushers). The pain and inflamation is mostly gone and now I can start adding on the weight, but I’m not stupid, I’m not going to injure it again. I was able to go to my Max on bench presses and close grip presses this week, but not so much on Pushdowns. I’ll get there. In no rush, although I want to look good for summer!
