FAREAKIN DISGUSTED!
I have been trying to gain mass since the first of December and can’t put on any weight. Here it is late February and I’m at practically the same weight. I did cut out caffine at the end of December and lost about seven pounds but I need something to get me off this plateau. I’m not crying just disgusted. My gene pool is about like not having one. My old man weighs 150 pounds and has for the last 30 years. I am wanting to gain ten pounds in two months, a inch on my arms and chest, and a inch on legs. Keep in mind, I kill myself in the gym, 2 hours a night for four nights a week. Anyhoo, if you got a great diet or a mind blowing workout help me out.

this is easy.
you not eating enough food.
your protein and carbs are probably not high enough.
doing to many reps.
3 exercise per body part. 3-5sets and no more than 5-6reps.
superheavy.
holla at me in 6weeks of 5-6 days in the gym, and high cal, high protein diet.

May have been overtraining. Been doing 4-5 exercises per bodypart one week sets of 6-8 reps the next week sets of 10-12.
