1/2/2008- back day!! 215 lbs.
Did some mean back work today. Fun stuff. I got a tip from a trainer yesterday that back is for moving your shoulder joints toward your back or your chest. So, I went nuts focusing on that movement in my normal routine. I felt it.
New years resolution: isometrics at every stoplight. Around here that means by 2009, I won’t need to drive, I’ll just grab hold of the ground and drag places to me.
