Didn’t fell like working out today!!!

Today , I didn’t feel like going to the gym so I worked out at home and it was a great workout. I believe the weather outside had a lot to do with my mode.

Go For It

Today I have decided that I need to go all out to change my body.I will devote my time to do that,I have lost 15 lbs in two month and feel very good and healthy. And i have changed my diet and are watching everything I eat.When I can’t make it to the gym I will workout at home .Now that I have seen the changes in my body ,i want to continue to change the way I look and feel. I thank all of you for your encouragement and advice, and you know who you are.

Hello everyone, I am writing some good news.Today I went to my doctor for a physical and all is good.Blood sugar is great,and I lost ten pounds. I have been going on bike rides for 15 to 20 miles every other day or when weather is good.I haven’t been hit the weight like i would like to but that time will come

Hello everyone .I just started back working out from a good vacation. I did back today and started out slow. I have been riding my bike everyday for 10 miles. I have never rode a bike for exercise and to tell you it is a good way to exercise.Hope all of you been doing your best with your workouts.
