Today , I didn’t feel like going to the gym so I worked out at home and it was a great workout. I believe the weather outside had a lot to do with my mode.

Today I have decided that I need to go all out to change my body.I will devote my time to do that,I have lost 15 lbs in two month and feel very good and healthy. And i have changed my diet and are watching everything I eat.When I can’t make it to the gym I will workout at home .Now that I have seen the changes in my body ,i want to continue to change the way I look and feel. I thank all of you for your encouragement and advice, and you know who you are.

Hello everyone, I am writing some good news.Today I went to my doctor for a physical and all is good.Blood sugar is great,and I lost ten pounds. I have been going on bike rides for 15 to 20 miles every other day or when weather is good.I haven’t been hit the weight like i would like to but that time will come

Hello everyone .I just started back working out from a good vacation. I did back today and started out slow. I have been riding my bike everyday for 10 miles. I have never rode a bike for exercise and to tell you it is a good way to exercise.Hope all of you been doing your best with your workouts. Continue to do it and my you all get to where you want to be. GOOD LUCK
