P90X- To Do Or Not To Do
I was on a Turbo Jam regimen for a while but just recently got very bored of it. Recently I got P90X and to be honest....I scared as hell to try it out. I've seen the results of other people and I am beyond shocked. I want to try it so badly.....but I think the reason for me being scared is the difficulty of the exercises..Yesterday I decided to view one of the DVDs (Chest and Back)...I loved it but I was so scared to even do it. That same day I kept asking myself why I should be scared......and then it hit me! While watching the Chest and Back workout....I could remember Tony saying that you shouldn't over-exert yourself and that quality is better than quantity and how you will get better over time (those weren't the exact words but it was understood lol)! From that moment on I kept asking myself, " Why should I be scared if it's only the beginning...I'm not going to enjoy it if I don't actually try the workout. It's better to try than to not try at all." So you know what...I'm going to try it and every starting from the end of the first week's workout I'm going to be posting 3 or 4 progress pics of myself. I'm going in with faith and I know with consistency and a healthy diet I will achieve the body I want. Wish me luck
.
I've had P90X for 6months+ and I want to do it but I wasn't there yet when I was over 200lbs and plus after having a baby. But I'm right there with you This is my last week of current workout plan( JNL Fusion)and I'm dying to try P90X...
Well all I can say is let's workout to reach our fitness goals. No matter how hard the workout gets we have to push forward never be pulled back by any negative thoughts or whatever. The best thing that can happen to us is just getting better everyday in these workouts until it becomes second nature to us. Good luck and I know you can do it :)
i've finished 2 months already..and trust me... IT WORKS.. your body will be forced into the best shape of your life
